After many years a Road safety offic er, Anne Rutherford was obliged to retire due to a hearing problem. He work can onkly be descriubed as Sterling.Khristina Baker and I are members of the Brighouse and District Crime Prevention Panel and we decided to present Anne with a rose bush.
Whilst we were there we met a lady who voluntered to giveius a cutting of a really nice Perennial Plant
