Lloyds Bank in Halifax

When I was working for Hoechst UK, I used to drive in my Company Car down Upper Edge between Rastrick and Elland. More often than not, at the bottom of Lower Edge, I used to pick up a Scotish Lady called Christine Sharkey, and give her a lift into work. One day she told me that she was going to China for Her Holidays. I was reminded of another Friend, Roy O'Brien. He was Manager of Lloyds bank in Halifax.
Roy had told me that the Great Wall of China was the only man made object that was Visible from Outer Space. When I told this to Christine, She said, What can be seen from Outer Space, Is it Lloyds Bank in Halifax. I often wonder if she really didnt know.
