SKYPE

I know that I have said this before, but I wish that some of my Friends would use SKYPE

It is a free download and for the cost of a cheap webcam you can make video phone calls 24 hrs. a day 7 days a week. It is much simpler than Emailing

Yesterday and Today

Last evening we went to a wine tasting and Hog roast at Czerwik's wine and Cheese shop in Brighouse, to coin a phrase "A good time was had by one and all", Met lots of friends old and new and was able to taste a variety of wines and beers. The manager of the Shop our good friend John Murphy was in charge of the organisation

Today I woke up at about 3.00 am with a swollen tongue and the onset of Anaphalactic shock, the first time for about two years. Sheila drove me to the A&E at Halifax Royal The swelling didn't go down until lunch time and now I have another 12 tablets a day to take

Busy Times

Yesterday morning, I had minor surgery at our local Doctors, Just 4 little warts from under my arm, Unfortunately I am allergic Local Anaesthetics so it was just a tad painful

In the afternoon I gave the vines their third dose of Soluble Sulphur

In the evening we went to Hopkinsons' beer and Wine Circle where I gave a talk called "Remember When" which is a bit like the class which I go to the University of the Third Age

Today we have been to the Gym and now we are getting the Carravan reeady for sale, and generally Tidying up the Garden in readyness for a neighbourhood Barbeque on Saturday
